13400 3-strand rope is made by high tenacity monofilament polypropylene fibres.
Its main trait is the excellent dielectric feature, obtained through additives and specific treatments during the manufacturing process.
The result is a high quality rope ready for the tasks that require maximum insulation in both dry and humid environments, and both outdoors and in underground applications: work in high voltage or near the line, power lines, fibre optics, etc.
At Folch Ropes S. A. we supply model 13400 in diameters ranging from 6 m/m to 20 m/m.
Manufactured according IEC 62192.

We recommend to keep the rope clean and dry to assure the highest dielectric properties. If the material is not used in good conditions, we do not assure the highest dielectric protection.
